Sameer is a home cook, astrophotographer, filmmaker and musician who loves crafting recipes and spending time in the kitchen and the studio alike.
Sameer has over 15 years of experience working in the film, music, and media production industry. Having travelled to over 40 countries on 6 continents he is passionate about global culture & cuisine. An active member and the Vice President of the Lahore Astronomical Society of Lahore since 2014, Sameer divides his free time between capturing breathtaking astronomical photographs, making feature films, playing bass, and cooking up a storm in his home kitchen. Creative by nature, his Keto-friendly recipes are a combination of fusion & indigenous flavours shared on his Youtube Channel. Sameer’s weight loss journey is an inspiration for many as he reduced 40 kg over a period of 6 months, transforming his health through food and nutrition.
Nayha Jehangir Khan
Nayha is an Artist, Art writer, cultural journalist, and art therapist, with a passion for digital media publication.
Nayha’s professional experience includes fine art, e-commerce, psychotherapy & content, and art writing. With over 170 art reviews covering art exhibitions, theatre, music, gastronomy, travel, dance & film for print and digital media publications since 2018, her writing expertise is focused on highlighting entrepreneurs & creatives. She has contributed to prestigious publications such as Youlin Magazine, Friday Times, The News On Sunday, and Art Now Magazine, offering insightful critiques and cultural explorations. Her journey into art therapy began years ago, culminating in expertise that she seamlessly integrates into her work today. She has experience in volunteer teaching in remote valleys of Northern Areas of Pakistan. Currently, she excels as a Creative Content Manager, leveraging her diverse background to craft compelling narratives that resonate with audiences. As the Community Manager for Bone Broth PK., she oversees the marketing and advertising for the company’s online presence.
